I am very sorry to be a bother, but my account has been hacked into, and my characters have been liquidated. And to make matters worse they added an authenticator to my account. I changed the password and made sure my email was secure(it is, no foreign log-ins). I can no-longer login because of the authenticator to make a ticket, and I cannot call because there is a high volume of calls currently.
Not only that, but the breacher seems to have spammed gold services and gotten a temp ban on my account, so I cannot log-on to my account to post a thread regarding my account; however, my friend was kind enough to let me post a thread regarding the problem.
I know this must be a tech-support nightmare, and I obviously cannot post my email for my account in a public domain.
I was hoping that perhaps I could give some character names and realms and perhaps support could get back to me through the email on those characters.

Those are two of my level 80 characters attached to my account that was hacked into.
I do hope that my items and account could be rolled back to how they were. If any more information needs to be supplied I'd be happy to respond to an email, or if my temp-ban could be lifted I could just post another thread regarding my account infraction. Anything to make the process easier is totally okay by me.
Now to vent since I'm already writing (This is not useful information pertaining to the revival of my account)
In the past 2 weeks, I've lost a fiancé, 3 friends, a cat and when I want to escape everything and log-on some WoW, I can't because I am prompted for an authenticator.
Although, there is some irony to this story, I logged onto my guild ventrilo this morning to give the bad news to some friends, and it turned out one of my guild-mates bought a bunch of the gems the hacker blew my honor on, he was very surprised when I mentioned one of my alts name, as he said the guy seemed off when he bought them.
So my week hasn't been too great, but I noticed a lot of people posting threads being very angry, I believe Blizzard does a great job with customer service, most MMOs don't even restore lost or stolen items, so I do give the customer service reps are Blizzard great props for the work they do. (Brownie points?)

EDIT: If it's any consolation, I've been playing this game for years, and I have items that are no-longer obtainable in-game. I'm not a noob when it comes to account security, I honestly am a bit stumped by how my account was compromised. My only thought is that it happened from another computer when I logged in. I uninstalled any addons I've added within the past 30 days, and I haven't installed any new programs or gone to any phishing sites. (I don't go to the websites I'm spammed with in-game) This is the 2nd time my account has been compromised, the first time was from the adobe flash exploit, and a simple update fixed that problem.
