Unwanted Character Restoration

Hi, uh.. Apparently I had a Ticket that was invisible, cause I couldn't see it..

I logged in today to find my character back to a past state in Icecrown. I was pretty pissed to find my character on that server, not Illidan, and even more pissed to find all my gear gone, and my frost emblems reset from 80 to 21. and my triumphs 52 to 27..

Plus my gear, that I had gone through a lot to get.

I would like it put back. Thanks!

This isn't a server transfer fail because it has been months since I transfered this character.

If the Blizz Store wasn't always sold out of Authenticators or they would actually accept my Credit Card this probably wouldn't have started anyways.

All I am asking for is my character sent back to Illidan and the gear I had when I was in Illidan.

We aren't always sold out, it's been nearly a year since we were 'sold out', this is very recent.

You'll want to email [email protected] about this. This was indeed in conjunction with a compromise report.

Multiple tickets will not only clog up the queue (and NOT go faster), there is a distinct possibility they could be all considered duplicates and mistakenly closed.

I can't address your credit card issue, but unless you've only tried in the last 2 days - or months ago, we' ve not been out of stock.

Then you may still have an issue with someone getting in to your account.

It's not unheard of for a compromiser to do this in hopes of a restoration so they can double-dip.

I'd recommend giving Billing a ring on this.

They will most likely need proof of Identity.
