Authenticator Locked

I quit playing WoW a few weeks ago, but wanted to get on Battle.net to re-download WC3, but whenever I try and log in I get the message "The authenticator attached to this account is locked due to multiple failed attempts. Please call our billing department to unlock it." Can a CM help me with this problem tonight or will I have to try and call Blizz tommorrow? (Last time I called Blizz I was on hold for 5 hours then my call got dropped.

See if you can get in now, Primalist.

This can happen one of two ways. You yourself had login issues and locked yourself out - or someone else tried to get in....and the authenticator did it's job.

You may wish to scan your system for malware and check the security of your email just in case.
