If the player with the item indeed has placed a petition, we may be in a position to assist.
Is there some reason the two hour window wasn't used on the loot? If this is denied, that would be the most likely cause.

The other player's name is Enuredal. He says he made a ticket as well to transfer it to me.
Ahhh, that's possible - some items like that may not have a timer.
We always go off the petition of the player that has the item, possession being 9/10ths and all that :)

Actually, that answer is 100% accurate. We aren't allowed to divulge if someone else has placed a petition as that would be discussing a 3rd parties account.
