Redeemed purchased pet not on account

Earlier this morning I purchased lil XT. My payment went through, got the confirmation email, got the redemption code and redeemed it. Battle.net said it was successful, but now that I can log in none of my characters have the pet.

Redeemed pets and mounts are eventually arriving in the character's mailboxes, it is unfortunately taking longer than normal. If you do not receive it within the next 24 hours or so feel free to post in the thread Shandiee linked.
