Account restoration.

Ok I have waited around 3-4 days in the queue since my account was compromised.
I called blizzard asking to take the authenticator off my account ( hackers authenticator ) they did.
They told me to make a ticket in-game to get my items/characters back so I have, the GM responded saying they will email me ASAP, yet I have no recieved no emails and it has been around 4 days.
I would like to know how long it will tank and where I am in the queue thanx.

Not usually, no, Darth. In most cases you CAN play. May not have access to specific characters while work is ongoing, but the account is typically accessible.

You do indeed have an open investigation, Runic, but it's only 1 day, 19 hours old. That's fairly fresh with the queues as they are at the moment so it will likely still be a few days before you hear from your Specialist.
