Mail Bug / Faction Change

I posted on another message from the 6/22. But my friends and I want to do a faction change, however I cannot due to the system saying that I have mail. I have checked multiple times and I have no mail in my mailbox. I want to have Auriala on Malfurion changed to horde, but I can not!
Any help would be great!

Give it about ten minutes, Auriala but you should be able to initiate the Faction Change after that. :0)
