It appears that you may have clicked the link in the Recruit a Friend invitation yourself, Zackiethugz. The Recruit a Friend trial account appears to be attached to this account, not the one that Spaderslady is on.
As far as I am aware as long as the account is newly created we should be in a position to help apply the Recruit a Friend link to the appropriate account. Unfortunately it looks like the account was originally created 5/11. We may still be able to assist you but it would be best to contact our Billing department directly.
As you may have noted we are experiencing a rather high call volume at the moment. I can only ask that you continue to try to get through, it is sometimes a matter of luck and persistence. If you receive the message indicated that we are unable to take your call due to high call volume hang up immediately and try again.
Office hours have increased recently to 7AM PDT to 8 PM PDT.
