Account password Reset. 3 weeks NO response?

So my better half got hacked THREE weeks ago. He finally got through to CS, and was sent an E-mail to reset his account password. However, the battle.net page the e-mail link takes him to is BROKEN. It says "Ticket Not Found." and there are ONLY two boxes to insert a password into. When you insert a password and click submit, it erases the boxes and does nothing.

Yes, it was an official blizzard email, he got it from the CS/GM he was talking to on the phone. He has tried to call Blizzard CS EVERY weekday since, and is always stuck in a full queue that he gets dropped out of on the phone-line due to it being full all the time. He has sent TWO emails to blizzard support and received NO response to either one. It has now been THREE weeks, and we are paying for three weeks of game-time that we can not play due to Blizzard being too busy to even send him an "F-You" email. I want compensation for three weeks, and the account password reset. As it stands I cannot even cancel his account due to no password and no way to reset it without an e-mail from Blizzard.

Thanks Blizzard.
We have played since release, and it's always fantastic to be treated this way and receive no help for over three weeks. It's *almost* as if you guys just don't care.

He should be able to recover his password from the link on the main page of the website.
