I just kept hanging up and redialing the 800 number for billing and I'm now in the que with an expected wait of 16 minutes! WOOT! I may actually get back into my account and game! Dang mobile authenticator. I must definitely discourage people from getting it on iPhone. If your phone crashes like MINE did...you're screwed. I've gone and ordered a key chain authenticator. WON'T go through this mess again.

I'm so glad that you're in queue, and I hope that our staff can lend a hand very soon. While I respect your decision to move to a keychain based Authenticator, I use a Mobile Authenticator myself, and it remains a good option. It's a good idea to make a note of your Authenticator serial number, and keep it in a safe place, regardless of which device you select.
