No open petition icon

I opened a petition yesterday due to a hacked account. I received a response via in-game mail and e-mail. I was told to edit my ticket to add certain information. I can find no way to edit my ticket. There is no open petition icon on my screen. I'm not sure what to do. I don't want to open a new ticket as this will cause the original to be deleted. Any info/advice would be greatly appreciated.

This is in queue, Krenn. Was there something specific they asked for in the way of additional information?

This looks good to me, should be sufficient to pin down a timeframe.
