Account closed, what do I do?

This is what excatly happened to my the other account.

1.Since new patch 3.3.5 came out, i got some lag issues. I tried to reinstall WOW and search some solutions in forums.But the problems were still there. I had to open a ticket. It has been like a week waiting, i even tried not to log off. I never got that replied.

2.My last log on was 2:30 6/27/2010, when the world cup started, i loged off. At around 9pm at night, i was not be able to log on. It says my account has been disabled.
Offense: Scamming another Player/Raid Loot ScamThis category includes: Acquiring items or any other "possessions" from another player through misinformation, confusion, or fraud (Scamming)
Here i have to say, i didn`t steal any loots from any raids, and i never scamed other players.
And i didn`t host raids for last whole month. When people in my raid and ready to start, i usually post out the scam policies. People like to join my fair raids. How come now i became a scamer?


I bought prepaid card on-line for another 30days two days ago, now i got banned for unimaginable
reasons. Is this the way you blizzard make money from? Get wow super fans banned, they would buy a new CD-KEY and pay more time on game.
You can ban me easily for no reasons, is there anywhere that i can sue it? I guess most people will not do that, because blizzard has all the rights.

Unfortunately, Feifeismile, if you are unable to find a solution to your latency issues through the Technical Support forum it would be best to call them or contact them by e-mail. Our In-Game Support staff are not trained to troubleshoot technical issues so it is unlikely that they'll be able to provide much advice outside of "reset your User Interface" and "make sure you update your drivers".

Though the proper course of action would be to contact our Account Administration department to dispute any actions that have occurred, Feifeismile, I can take a look and see what you may need to do or perhaps provide clarification if I can.

Please give me the name and realm of a character on the account that was suspended.

I'm going to chalk that one up to frustration with the situation, Feifeismile, because that is a ridiculous accusation.

I am sorry, Feifeismile, but it looks like this matter is fairly complex and you will need to continue your dialog with our Account Administration department.

Please note that " Scamming another Player/Raid Loot Scam" does not necessarily indicate that the character in question was the one that lead the raid. It is very possible to participate in such a scam though.

I wish I had better news for you, Feifeismile, but I'm afraid many of the details that I have access to I would be unable to provide nor would it serve you if I could.

Calling will get you in contact with either our Technical Support team or our Billing department, neither of which will be able to help in this particular case. Unless you are indicating the latency issue you posted out originally.
