My account got hacked, blah blah, Im upset, /cry, all that good stuff. I realize I am one of many, many, MANY people who got hacked, but I would appreciate it if a Blizzard representative would at least respond to my email. I love this game, but I won't hesitate to stop quickly! I know 13$ a month loss wont kill you Blizzard, but please upgrade your customer service/Billing phone lines. If anyone whom has this kind of power, please shut off the authenticator on my account. I thank you.

Well, the authenticator is gone, Nora, but they were still in causing mischief. We've locked this for your protection until you are certain things on your end are secured.
