Faction change mail issue?

I am trying to Faction change my shaman atm and i got this error.. A character cannot change factions while there is mail in their mailbox or en route to their mailbox. I opened a ticket and its been on 'Your ticket will be serviced soon' for the past day or so. I have checked my mail alot and there is nothing in it and left guilds/arena teams yet the same error comes up.
