Trial account - Can't log in

Hello :)

My little sister recently started a new wow account trial. She downloaded the game and I helped her make her battle net account active and ready.

the problem is, whenever she tries to log into the game she receives this message:

"There was a problem logging in with this account. You may not have a World of Warcraft game attached to your account, or you may be logging into a region different from the one you created the account in. If you continue having trouble, please contact customer support."

Everything seems like it should be alright, since after signing in the page takes you to the proper download, so I figure she couldn't have downloaded the wrong client. I don't live with her, so it's a bit difficult to know all the details.

Is there anything that is going on here that I may not be aware of?

Thanks in advance.

When your sister logs into her Account Management page: (https://us.battle.net/account/management/) does she see a World of Warcraft game listed under Manage My Games, Dreamboat? If not, then, while she may have created a Battle.net account it is likely that she did not create a trial account, and thus cannon log into the game.

If that is the case then she should be able to add a trial account by clicking on World of Warcraft, and subsequently Free Trial, on the following page: (https://us.battle.net/account/management/get-a-game.html). I would strongly recommend that you two discuss the potential of utilizing the Recruit-A-Friend program, though, if she is just starting her first WoW account.
