Got a email from Blizzard as a follow up to my account being hacked stating the following:

"Greetings,

Thank you for taking the time to contact us regarding the World of Warcraft account you are using. We understand your point of view and have thoroughly reviewed this issue. As a result, the account action has been removed from the account and all involved parties have been addressed. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.

Please remember that the security of the account you are using is crucial. We recommend following the http://us.battle.net/security/checklist.html on our Account Security site at http://us.battle.net/security/index.html."

Well, now it allowed me to change my password, but when I went on to my server to play my main (Muclear), he was gone! He's now on a Oceanic server (Frostmourne), and when I click on him it says, "you cannot log in until the character update process you recently initiated has been completed" What the hell, man? What does that mean? And what do I need to do????

I need help quick please. Ive already been through the tedious Blizzard turnaround time, and I want my access to my main back, as I pay every day for it and cannot even play it.

Your compromise investigation is still in queue, Massiv. At the moment, it's at 4 days, 23 hours and currently those are taking a bit over 10 days turnaround.

This transfer should be addressed at that time. The sanction levied against the account due to what it was used for looks to have already been reviewed and overturned.

Since he was transferred, it was locked until the damages can be undone.

You wouldn't want to play him on that realm, anything done there would disappear when he is transferred back.
