Authenticator Locked. - Blue Tracker

Heyo, so, I decided to start playing WoW again.

Tried to login to my account, Authenticator locked. Okay, well, I'll call Billing. Wait-- I've been trying to call now every 2 minutes for the past two days (Save a break for sleep,) and have yet to be able to get in. I feel like my chances are better to win the lottery than to get into Billing.

So, basically, my other account is locked, I have the Authenticator, with the serial number still on it. I emailed Blizzard support a couple days ago, still haven't gotten anything back.

Was curious if I list the serial number if it could be reset? I don't want it removed from the account, just reset.

It's the Authenticator.

I login just fine, hit the button on my authenticator, type it in, and am told:

"The authenticator attached to this account is locked due to multiple failed attempts. Please call our billing department to unlock it."

I've emailed, and been trying to call, it's gotten me nowhere. I'm hoping a blue here can assist if I give them the serial number on the authenticator to "unlock" it.

These will lock if too many invalid attempts are made. Are you talking about THIS account? I'm not seeing one on this account.

Can you give me a character name/realm on the account in question?

Your best call in that particular situation would be to get in touch with Billing.

Sounds like it may have been merged to another Battle.net as well, which they will also need to tend to. That's solely based on the fact it's not grouped with this one.
