they locked the post, how about fixing the servers instead of policing the forums? For those of you severely confused and deranged the login servers are currently down now due to the battle.net features just implemented for the friends list. That went down right as login servers did, people aren't understanding this... IT"S A GAME not a social networking site. I really could careless about any of the new friends list updates. I pay money to play this game why would I care about updating my status? we are paying customers, i'm pretty sure a lot of people don't care for this new friends list it hasn't improved my gameplay in anyway, i'd like to hear something from a representative it's a joke, you're a professional company, not a guy who created a social site and spread it amongst others. Act like one.

As a representative of the Customer Service forum, "policing" this forum (or, more appropriately, moderating it) is indeed part of my job. Ensuring that duplicate, off-topic, or defamatory posts are moderated helps keeps this forum clean and easy-to-read—and thankfully, it does not hinder our realm technicians from performing their tasks. :)

Also, it seems like you may have accidentally missed the updates provided in the sticky post at the top of this forum regarding recent maintenance. Just for ease of reference, here's a quick link: http://forums.worldofwarcraft.com/thread.html?topicId=25559987498&sid=1

Maintenance is now resolved, but I wanted to ensure that you were aware of the thread.
