Faction Change on 6/13. still cant log in

I did a faction change on 6/13 on Character Taekoma on server Elune and I still cannot log it. It says I cannot log in until the update is finished. It has said that since day 2.

I got an email on 6/14 saying the faction change was successful.

I put in ticket ingame and it was 5 days before I got a response saying they could not help me and I need to call billing. I call billing and it says there is a large queue and its closed.

Everytime I call the queue is Closed!!!!!!

I submit ticket on the website and get no answer.

Seriously , this is horrible customer service. I would appreciate assistance.
