Stormstrike Battlegroup Character List Issues

Greetings,

From what I've seen in this forum it seems that all realms on the Stormstrike Battlegroup can not get past the retrieving of our character list. Please look into this. Thanks. Going on 24 hours now of not being able to play. The shakes are starting. ;)
