Race Change - Char locked

Heya,

Few hours ago I put through a race change request. Was billed, site said it worked fine.

Finally got around to logging in and my character says it is locked pending the race change. I dont have the usual little icon to click to change race. I went back to account management and tried to manually unlock the character but I get the "An error has occured" page.

As it stands I am unable to log into WoW with this character. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Character affected is the one I am posting from.

I'd give this a bit more time, Lapsu. I cannot see very deeply into that system, but there is a note here about payment. We are most likely just waiting to hear back from your bank or credit card - that can take a little while.

I suppose it's possible something 'hung' with the issues that went on today, but these SHOULD process through. There may be a bit of a backlog at the moment.

I'd recommend just giving these a few hours. If they still seem to have made no progress, a call to Billing for further assistance would be in order.
