1 month recurring but my game time ran out

How can that be if I pay for recurring?

To clarify for the increasing number of people getting this problem. The problem is trying to log in and the game giving a pop up message at home screen saying pre paid game time has run out. This is happening for people with 1 month recurring and 3 month recurring (so far) with the bill date ranging from 21-24.

It is not the bank's fault because several of us already have the bill in our bank statements.

Simply because something happens around the time of something else does not mean they are related, Geryonn. Let's not jump to conclusions based on little to no factual information.

I'm making some inquiries and see if we can figure out what is going on with this.

I have a bit of an update.

From what we've been able to find out thus far it appears that there was an issue with some payments made on the 22nd. This mostly applied to subscription payments that were scheduled to be billed on that date. The matter is being looked into but currently we don't have an ETA on when more will be known nor do we have a viable work around.

We should hopefully know more in the morning and we'll try to provide what information we can as soon as more information is known.

I didn't say that, Vischuz, I said we likely won't have more information until morning. That doesn't mean no one is looking into the matter but not everything revolves around this multi-billion dollar company, Vischuz, meaning if we require information from other establishments, we must wait until they are available.

A failure in the transactions could have been caused by any number of reasons. I am sorry for what obvious frustration this may have caused we will provide what information we can as soon as more is available.
