So a friend of a friend who I gave my EMail to for the upcoming ( I gave it to him early to be ready for the change) RealID hacked my account (granted my password wasnt the most secure, I am forced to give out my login email to use your new tool). I found out from a friend that he did it. It cost me 2 weeks of down time and he only received a 3 day ban? What is that about? He stole over 90k gold stripped my account 2 characters and cost me 2 weeks of down time and unable to play. Even the gold and items he stole he traded to his alt account so he was able to keep all the gold and items he took....

For all of this he only gets a 3 day ban with a warning? How is this even possible. The guy is a THIEF who used your new tool and having to give out your ACCOUNT EMAIL to steal my stuff. I just do not understand how you can let someone who STEALS THINGS back into your game.

This is why account hacking is in full bore... there is no punishment for it. This is also why you can not tell us what goes on? Because nothing is done? I mean seriously it cost me 2 weeks and he gets 3 days.

The account in question was under the Char name Misconduct on Kil'Jaeden. How is this even alright?

I edited out the person who hacked my accounts name. How about an answer on this one blue instead of just closing the topic?

I am currently drafting a response to your previous post, Angryînch. That process, however, takes some time, so I ask that you please refrain from creating additional threads until you see my response. I'll be sure to post it in your original thread, too.

Thank you. :)
