Could not validate TCG Loot Card

So I recived a Loot card a couple days ago from a couple Booster packs and entered them on the site like it says to , now when I log on the game and go to landro it just says Could not validate code. ?? now whats the point of copying and typing in a code that doesn't work? please help me . and don't post saying turn addons off I dont have any as I dont use them.

This is an issue of which we are currently aware and looking into, Youngcubia. If you could follow the instructions provided by Malkorix (quoted below), we would greatly appreciate it. :)

  • The precise code of the item you had hoped to redeem
