What do I say and do when I call? I restored my iPhone last night and forgot to remove the authenticator. Lo and behold it was not working. Luckily I wrote down serial #. do I just call in and have them take it off? I don't know how to verify this is my account otherwise. I've never called in and am worried I just lost my characters. I don't even know if I have to call in. Need some advice.

Biling yes. Having that serial number should make this much simpler.
