I am unable to access my parental controls, and believe this is why I am unable make use of the Real ID feature. Awhile ago I changed internet servers and therefore lost access to the email that my Blizzard accounts were linked to, I transfered the account link to my new e-mail, but apparently the Parental Controls are still linked to the now defunct e-mail. I tried to call by phone to Support, but the lines are full, I am unable to use the web based application because it calls for the use of hardware that I do not possess (namely a scanner). Is there another option for a way to resolve this issue?
