Real ID problem

This is my problem ever since the new wow patch came out Ive downloaded it and patched up but my friends have been asking me why i didn't have real Id because i should have just near ignore tabs it should be there apparently and same with interface battle.net options should be there can anyone explain why Real Id doesn't exist for me here are some screenshots.

It's likely either a UI issue - or parental controls have disabled it on your Battle.net account.

So far, those are the only two things that I've heard can cause this.
