Well, at first I thought you may have gotten a fresh version with a different serial number on your phone, but this looks like it matches in both cases.
When you readded it - you did get the serial number off your phone, correct?
I'm not seeing this desync'd either, this is a bit odd.
I'd recommend calling Billing on this for further advice.
Now, a bit earlier today we did have a few login issues from sheer numbers of folks trying to get in. You may have gotten an invalid message then. Have you tried lately?
