Item Code Redemption Problem

Earlier this afternoon, i received my Wyvern Cub pet in the mail. Opened the box, everything was accounted for including the item code. I put it in and it gave me a notification stating "Congratulations on your new Wyvern Cub Pet!" or something along those lines. So i was like "Alright sweet", login and check my mail--- nothing showed up. So i thought "Alright maybe it takes an hour or so", and i went off to work. I redeemed the code over 12 hours ago now and i still haven't received anything in the in-game mail, email notification, nothing. If i try to re-enter the code, i get an error stating that the code has already been used.

How should i go about getting this resolved? Sorry if this is the wrong section, it seemed like the best location to post in. Thank you

From what we've seen, Rizzu, these pets and mounts that have been redeemed are not arriving immediately after the code is entered. They are usually taking a few hours to several days.

The matter is still being looked into and we hope to find the cause of the delay and remove it as soon as possible. We have a main thread at the following link that we will update once more information is available.
