Celestial Steed??

So anyways guys I ordered a Celestial Steed the other day and got it like right away. Maybe 10 minutes after I placed the order. I then placed an order again but sent it as a gift to my brother. And it is still in Que and it has been over 24 hours. He did all the steps correctly and yet no mount. Has this happen to anyone else? Or at least something similar?

Unfortunately we do not have an update as of yet, though everything we have found shows that the pet/mount redemption is going through they may be delayed by hours or even days. We continue to look into the cause of this delay and hope to have it resolved when we can.
