I dont have any features of 3.3.5!!!!!!!!

I installed 3.3.5 and i couldn't connect to the game servers and after 1 day i got frustrated and i repaired my data folder, After that I can now play wow and the version im playing is 3.3.5, EXCEPT, i have no new features of 3.3.5. I only have a friends, and Ignore tab, i have no new chat box, no real ID, No ruby sanctum update, But i can still play.
I would like to have Real ID and be able to play Ruby sanctum when it is playable, but i have no idea what to do to get this working. and i don't want to have to delete all of my patches and start over from 2.0.2 or w/e it is. This isnt a parental preference or what ever, because my Text box isnt different, its exactly how it was before.

So basicly My wow is patched up to 3.3.5 but i dont have any of the features and i cant mirror the download because it says i already have 3.3.5, BUT i can still log on and play. BLUE HELP PLEASE!
