Account compromised, auth attached.

Help, my account has been hacked. I've submitted two emails, but no response yet. I know, I am supposed to be patient, but this is rather unnerving. I can see activity through the armoury, but because they activated a Battle.net Mobile Authenticator, i can't change any of my account settings. I just want the account disabled until Blizz can rectify the situation. Can anyone offer any other tips? Yes, i have read the "what to do if your account has been compromised" section of the support.

That is excellent news, Rynx, good luck. In cases where we can easily verify that the Authenticator was attached maliciously and you can identify yourself as the registered user we very well may be able to remove it without requiring additional steps.

It does look like a compromise investigation request was recently submitted, likely due to your call or e-mail so that will await investigation. You will be contacted with the results of your investigation as soon as it has been completed.
