How do I change my REALID name?

So back when Battle.net was first introduced I just entered my name without any capitalization, thinking its a name field, it will auto capitalize. It didn't, but it wasn't really an issue as the name wasn't used anywhere. Now that this is a name that is displayed constantly in game I need to correct it and capitalize the first letters of my First and Last names. Where do I find the option to do this?

Also, one trick of the trade for calling in (if you opt to call in) is to spam redial. It sounds silly, but it's actually quite a successful technique. You may receive a busy message when trying to call in. The reason you'd receive that message is when our phone lines are completely full. This means that all representatives are on the line with other customers and all "on hold" spots are occupied. The good news is that those "on hold" spots free up all the time. So, if you're willing to redial a few times, you're very likely to get through. :)
