Is there any way a battle.net merge can be undone. Long story short me and my best friend were doing recruit a friend and accidentally merged our accounts and now with the new interface patch i dont have my own identity. Not to mention we have to share account info. If you need more information on my situation just let me know. Also i realize that this needs to be handled by billing and support (OR one of thoes lines) its just rather impossible to get a hold of any blizzard customer support these days and its starting to irritate me.

If are currently sharing a Battle.net account, Blitzkríeg, and would like to explore the possibility of splitting that account, then I would encourage you to continue your attempts to contact Account Services.

Also, one trick of the trade for calling in is to spam redial. It sounds silly, but it's actually quite a successful technique. My guess is that you're currently receiving a busy message when trying to call in. The reason you're receiving that message is because our phone lines are completely full. This means that all representatives are on the line with other customers and all "on hold" spots are occupied. The good news is that those "on hold" spots free up all the time. If you're willing to redial a few times, you're very likely to get through. :)

Uhh, how long as your response said THAT, Syndri?!

Not very long at all, actually. I'd say...for the past 5 minutes, at most. :)

Good catch, though!
