Cannot transfer character due to mail lockout

Hey guys, my character "Ceceetwo" on Skullcrusher seems to be stuck and I cannot move him to a new realm due to a mail in my mailbox which does not exist. The mailbox is completely empty and I still cannot transfer, I've been trying for the past 5-6 hours with no luck waiting for a message.

Unfortunately the last ticket I sent in for an item issue took 3 days to be responded to by a GM (was just responded to the other day), but uhh, that sucks. I was hoping to get it transferred soon so I can play with my friends.

Hopefully a blue can help me out with this problem so I don't have to wait 3 days just to transfer my character.

Q u o t e:
As an update, it was a mailer I marked as spam that came back to my inbox today. I am now able to transfer my character.

So apparently we shouldn't mark mail as spam, because it just makes it invisible and then comes back anyway.

No, you should still mark mail as spam if you come across it though it is important to keep in mind that at this time the mail is not deleted when you report it as spam. It is temporarily ignored, if it returns after a few days feel free to delete it, the report you generated by reporting it originally has already been taken care of.

I'm glad you were able to resolve the matter and transfer, Estobar, I'm sorry that we could not get to you sooner.
