Account restored but expansions are gone

I restored my old account that I haven't played since March 2009. it was a fully upgraded account with both expansions, but as I merged it to a battle net account I realized that expansions were gone! It says I have to upgrade it all again, which I clearly don't want to.

I had a lvl 80 char name Gudell, a hunter on undermine server, and a Dk but both are not available to play because of this strange situation. I tought that as soon as I had put credit to it the expansions would "load", but that didn't happened.

I live in Brazil, so I bought the keys from a website that imports the gamebox here and sells the cd keys, had no problem using them, as I played for more than 6 months after WotLK was launched. Unfortunatelly, I erased the e-mails that had'em, just have the original WOW cd key that my father brought me when he was at USA.

What Blizzard can do about this?

It appears you actually have two accounts, Rush.

One is indeed upgraded fully - that is the one with your hunter. That account, however, has not yet been added to your Battle.net account from what I can tell.

I see a test realm account, and the one you are posting under on your Battle.net account - you'll need to add the other to access it.

Nope - they are two very separate WoW accounts.

The character you mentioned above is on the unmerged one.
