Cannot select my character

A little backstory:

I quit playing wow over a year ago. I re-subbed 2 or 3 weeks ago. But my account was apparently hacked and used for gold farming and banned, but I got it back when I decided to re-sub. However, one of my characters I noticed went missing.

I submitted a ticket a few days after I started playing and I waited for a response for 4 days, before cancelling it and submitting a ticket about guild leadership and transferring it to my account. I got a response to that ticket within an hour.

The GM told me that he would transfer it to another one of my characters if the character was second in command. The missing character was second in command, and I told the GM my issue. He said it was related to him being logged into a honor place of some sort, champions hall, or something like that. That place was deleted in a patch and my character was stuck in nowhere. He subsequently promoted that character and fixed the issue. Then he told me I could now select him. After we said goodbyes, I logged off and my character still wasn't there and he did not fix the issue. So now the guild leader is still a character that is not selectable.

I submitted a ticket 2 or 3 days ago and still have not got a response. I resubmitted the ticket last night and still haven't gotten a response.

The character in question is Gargotuloth, a level 70-80 Troll Mage on Tichondrious. Also, the link to his armory doesn't work: http://www.wowarmory.com/search.xml?searchQuery=gargotuloth&searchType=all (click on him and you'll see what happens)

Please can I get a fix. It's been weeks and I still cannot see this character in my list of characters.

That is strange, Timbuckley, was your petition escalated or forwarded as a compromise? That is the only reason I can think of for such a delay. I'll poke around and see what I can find.

Technically speaking, Timbuckley, it seems that you have submitted multiple petitions and closed a couple of them before they were answered. Your most recent petition has been open for a little over 4 days.

You seem to have a few issues that you are attempting to accomplish which may have confused things a bit. You had a character that was stuck and couldn't be logged into, but you also wanted to transfer guild leadership and on top of that it seems that the character was transferred allegedly during a compromise of the account.

The transfer is currently under review, if we can verify that the account was compromised at the time of the transfer we may be able to reverse it. You should be contacted when the investigation is complete.
