Fel Armor and Ruin come Cata.

We all know that since Warlocks will no longer be using spirit in Cataclysm, that Fel Armor is going to have to change. They could just switch from Spirit to Intel, but why not fix another problem with the class while we fix this spell?

We also know that Blizzard wants us to be able to sub into different talent trees after we are done with our main tree, but are long as ruin has the same function as it does today, its more so "Spec deep enough into Destro for Ruin, then your main tree, then any points left over can go elsewhere".

Now then, Why dont we tie ruins functionality into Fel Armor. Then Blizzard can fix Demon Armor at the same time to be some type of trade off. Fel Armor can be the damage armor, and Demon Armor can be about survivability or similar.

That fits Blizzards design of trading off between damage and survivability/utility(which I love) and would make PvP more dynamic. Hell, make Demon regen mana and it could be a tradeoff from damage in PvE aswell.

Do others liek the way are Armors are now? Do you think Ruin is fine the way it is now? Do you have any idea or thoughts about what would make the class funner with these abilities?

Fel Armor will have to change to not be based on Spirit.

I wouldn't worry too much about Ruin. Affliction may not even have need of it in Cataclysm.
