I mean, really? Can we get this issue resolved?

Oh, and all of you folks (you know who you are) who post an average of more than 3x per day .... move along. I don't need to know that Blizzard is not the one who hacked my account and "if I'd only done x, y, and z (including use Adobe apparently)," it wouldn't have happened. Thank you, that is all.

Seriously, these are running a bit over 10 days now, so you should be hearing from your Specialist relatively soon.

As to how long these take, it depends entirely on the queue. There have been times not that long ago where the turnaround was less than 12 hours - there are also times it can take a couple weeks.

Depends on volume - and the nature of the investigations ongoing at any given time. One reason we are loathe to give estimates on that particular queue is due to it's volatility.
