Is there a way I can turn off these annoying broadcasting boxes that pop up when someone logs in or out or when they broadcast a message? Because I dont really give a @#$% about that...

There is a new option in the UI panel under Battle.net (new section): Show Toast Window. Disable that if you don't want the pop-up alerts.
