I recently opened up a ticket for a looting problem that happened about a week ago. I gave the date and time of when it happened in the ticket and the ticket sat there for a week with no response. Basically the details of the ticket stated that I wasn't able to loot an Elementium Ore when I won the roll for it (Loot rules were not Master Looter, but were need before greed) because my bags were full. Once I emptied my bags I wasn't able to find the goblin that had the item to loot it off of it's corpse.
Today I got a response for my ticket by a GM. The GM said that he/she would not be able to assist with my problem or loot dispute because there was no clear definition of looting rules stated in any of the chat channels. The GM also goes on to explain on the risks of using Master Looter, stating to always get a clear definition of looting rules in a chat channel and to leave if I don't agree with those said rules. While I appreciate the advice, I don't really see on how it relates to my problem because Master looter was not used in my scenario.
