Real ID does not work.

My real ID does not work. It does not give me the option to add someone as a real ID friend, it still shows it the same way as before the patch, without the real ID options. I also don't have a pending tab or a battlenet option in the interface section.

Also, I have NEVER had parental controls enabled, so it wouldnt be that. I reset my UI and deleted my addons as well, nothing worked.

It appears that Parental Controls are indeed set up for your Battle.net, Amerissa.

So, just in case you didn't know, Parental Controls are now Battle.net account-specific; they are no longer WoW account-specific. So, if one of the WoW accounts merged to your Battle.net account had Parental Controls set up, the entire Battle.net should have adopted those settings. Similarly, the Parental Controls email address that was set up for that WoW account will likely be the one that now controls Parental Controls for your entire Battle.net account.

You can visit https://us.battle.net/account/parental-controls/retrieve.html to generate a recovery email. Please note that this feature will send recovery steps to the email address originally set up to manage Parental Controls. If you no longer have access to your Parental Controls email, that's okay. Go ahead and contact Account Services for assistance (http://us.blizzard.com/support/article/contactbilling) and our representatives will be happy to assist. :)
