Authenticators not working?

Curious to see if anyone else is having this problem?
I'm putting an my email address, password..prompts for authenticator code...put that in...information is incorrect?..I've been trying it over and over and it's still not working...tried logging into these forumns and it worked like a charm..idk whats going on.

Have you gotten a new phone recently?

If this is a mobile version, those sometimes become un-sync'd. There should be an option for that in the program, to resync.

If it's a new serial number - you effectively have a 'new' authenticator and the old one will need to be removed and the new serial number added. Billing can assist with that.
