Fail Blizzard?

So, I've finally found the reason why I can't use the Bnet friends list.

I have never enabled any sort of parental controls on my account.

And I've been told that you have to enable it and then enable Bnet that way (if you're having problems like I am)

So I go to set up an email.... Oh look, Parental controls is already set up on this account!??!?!?!

I have no freaking clue what email parental controls is set to, and apparently no way to get it.

I'd recommend giving Billing a call to assist with this.

Once they determine identity, they should be able to help.

Billing is the only option I know of at the moment to have this looked into, Valk.

I don't know why your particular account is having an issue, the vast majority of them have not.
