Real-id not showing up

i was having the problem last night and today that the real-id ui does not show up in my social window. I looked in interface options as well to no avail. anyone know how to turn this on or having the same problems. Help would be nice thanks :D

In a case like this, the most likely scenario is that Parental Controls were enabled on this account some time in the past, possibly under a different email address.
