Maybe I did something wrong??

Someone told me to go under Parental, I see 2 options,

Have you set up Battle.net Parental Controls before?

====No-setup parental control now====
Username : Email...(This isnt working because I dont know the email of my children. I dont know my children, he's not born yet)
Password: You may need to retrieve this from your child. (I think I'll come back in 15years and ask him)

====Yes-Access parental control now====
I should not click YES because the answer is NO... But, this isnt working, I dont receive any emails.

So, Another option in the corner...
====Need to create a Battle.net account for your child? Click here to begin====
(Well I don't want to create a new account for my child.. Because I don't have child yet. Maybe I should create one for my cat? )

Any idea???

Anissa, just to confirm: you are unable to recover access to Parental Controls by visiting https://us.battle.net/account/parental-controls/retrieve.html ? Similarly, you are unable to set up new a Parental Controls email at http://us.battle.net/parents *?

* For the "Child's Battle.net Account Name" and "Child's Battle.net Account Password" sections, simply enter the account name and password for the account you wish to manage (most likely the account on which you're posting). You can still use Parental Controls even if you're not a parent. :)

Q u o t e:
What if I lose my Parental Controls access email?
You can request a new Parental Controls access email through the Parental Control page at http://us.battle.net/parents or by clicking here (https://us.battle.net/account/parental-controls/retrieve.html). This will send a new email to the Parental Controls e-mail address you first established. Please note that the link in the previous email will be invalid. If you can no longer access the Parental Controls e-mail address, please contact our Account and Technical Services department for assistance.

Anissa, I'm showing that a Parental Controls email has indeed been set up for the Battle.net account on which you are currently posting; however, that email is different than one actually registered to the account.

I can help you ensure that the proper email is registered. To do this, I'll need you to click on the forum "Options" button located in the upper right-hand corner of this screen, just under your posting character avatar. Once on the Account Options page, enter in the email you believe you registered for Parental Controls. This email will not be displayed publicly; only you and Blizzard employees will be able to access it. I can then compare that email to one I'm showing as officially registered to Parental Controls on your account.

Ok I did it, to help you, the only email I use right now is the one I use to log into battle.net or WoW. My old internet provider email I used to created my account in 2004 isnt working anymore.

The email addresses don't match up, so it does indeed appear as those your original suspicions were correct. If you no longer have access to that older email, then you'll want to contact Account Services at your next earliest convenience.

Also, one trick of the trade for calling in is to spam redial. It sounds silly, but it's actually quite a successful technique.

You may receive a busy message when trying to call in. The reason you'd receive that message is when our phone lines are completely full. This means that all representatives are on the line with other customers and all "on hold" spots are occupied. The good news is that those "on hold" spots free up all the time. So, if you're willing to redial a few times, you're very likely to get through. :)
