Both my brother and I are having the exact same issue, but with scilla. Very tedious to say the least, closing on 25hrs of downtime now.

Quick update folks, your Battlegroup IS being looked into by our techs.

I'm afraid I don't have any further updates at this time, but this is being investigated.
