It's Been long Enough....

Ok so apparently the adobe flash vulnerablity got me. Thei was Very eARLY Sunday the 13th. I reported it AS IT WAS HAPPENING...

Although the hack job was completely my fault and can in no way be put to blame on the dishonest mofo that hacked my account, I would still like Blizz to please restore my gear (as they promised to do in my email.) Ive waitied long enough and so have several others. Then I hear from others who got hacked at the same time that there stuff is already returned? What happened to the freakin que line?

This is not fair. Every tme you bump someone who calls up crying, or threatens to leave you have done those who are waiiting patiently a vast disservice...

Would appreciate a Blue response...

Your investigation is open, Shay. It's 9 days, 22 hours old at the moment and investigations are running a bit over 10 days.

You should hopefully be hearing from your Specialist soon.

I am terribly sorry for the delay, our Specialists are getting to everyone just as quickly as they can.

I don't know of anyone that has 'jumped line', Shay.

It's possible that their compromise was actually reported earlier than they realize by someone else, and they therefore got into the queue a bit earlier than they realize.

On double checking it seems the Blizz email was in my spam folder buried in emails for viagra and offers to move money for shady nigerian businessmen.

I've only been logging onto one character in the past few days and I have had nothing received for him, hence I hadn't even realized. Character name is "lostboy" - same realm.

If any characters/items, etc. got overlooked, you'll want to followup as soon as possible with as much of a list as you can to [email protected].
