Help, friend being hacked.

I'm pretty sure my friend is currently being hacked, he's never awake at this our he's not answering his phone/texts. His characters all keep coming on, when I find them I see some of his gear missing and the toon standing at a vendor, and then going to the mailbox before he switches to another toon.

Broknshld - Frostwolf server is one of his characters. Please look into this asap as I can't get a GM ingame, I have a ticket open.
