3 weeks, 3 days and NO RESTORE

I have been waiting for 3 weeks since my account was hacked and characters were moved to seperate realms. ALL I ASK IS TO MOVE THEM BACK. 3 weeks?! i had a friend get hacked and his toon was moved to a new account. he got it back in 7 days. 7.... Why is it that an easier issue takes so long to resolve? im losing gametime with my 2 mains being on different realms and factions. Im calling blizzard 1 last time and if it isnt resolved or even ANSWERED in 24hrs, than im closing the account and going back to Aion for good.

I do apologize for the delay in getting this sorted out for you.

Part of the issue here is age, trying to get these back to their original condition is a bit more daunting than a normal promptly reported compromise.
